The panel on the left side controls what information is displayed on the calendar and in the trips and trades panel. The month displays at the top and can be easily changed. Below that is ‘All Trips’ which displays all known trips in the trips display area whether they are open or covered. ‘Available Trips’ combines the displays of ‘Open Trips’ with all trips posted to the Trade Board for potential trade. When ‘My Trips’ is selected, the display shows details for your own trips. ‘My Skynet Trades’, ‘My Trade Board Posts’, ‘My Proposals’, ‘Proposal to Me’ will list the trade requests for those and pilot to pilot trade proposals made by you and to you are displayed next. ‘My Notifications” will list any notifications created. Intro Tutorials, Tips and a Help search window and occasionally Login Messages and Program update availability information is shown at the bottom of the side panel.
The schedule is displayed in a single month view with all ‘owned’ trips displayed as well as any appropriate comments. Trips paid as scheduled but not flown are displayed as well. The patent-pending timeline display paints a quick picture of flights, deadheads, airport sits and layovers. Monthly totals such as flight time, pay time, away from home time, days off and pay gross pay are displayed. When a potential trip is being ‘shopped’ in your calendar, the monthly totals will indicate how the totals would change and the trade into and trade away trips are clearly indicated in the calendar display. When My Trips, My Skynet Trades, My Trade Board Posts, My Proposals or Proposals to Me are selected from the side panel, the Trips Section alters slightly to display a summary of all trades within the selected category. When a single trade request is selected from the side panel, details about that trade are displayed just above the calendar section. If the selected trade is a smart trade, trips matching that criteria are displayed above the trade section otherwise, Available Trips are shown there to allow for drag-n-drop trading. Special options such as Min Monthly Pay time, Pilot-to-Pilot, Vacation Drop, Trade status and legality status are also displayed and accessed here. Pilot to Pilot Trade proposals can be accepted, rejected or canceled here as well.
