Crew Companion has already helped hundreds of UAL flight attendants improve their schedules through a broad and ever-expanding list of features. Charter Notifications and Auto-Trades, Drag-n-Drop DSPFAI trades, and 1-Click Preflight are just a few features feature highlights. Take the tour below to see what features will improve your quality of life!
Crew Companion is designed to meet your schedule improvement needs by quickly gathering all pertinent scheduling information and clearly painting the picture of your current flying assignments and landscape of potential trip trading opportunities. It has a large monthly calendar display with a summary of work hours and pay. Trips and trade information are displayed above the calendar depending upon what you have selected from the Left Side Panel. Creating DSPFAI trades is drag-n-drop simple and if what you want isn't open you can create an Auto-Trade or Trade Board post in seconds.

The Crew Companion trade board is better than just using Unimatic because you can specify broad or very narrow criteria for trips you’d like to trade for when creating a Trade Board Post unlike when creating a POSTRD on Unimatic. By the way, you can do that through Crew Companion too. The posts you create through our software will be submitted to Unimatic when you click that Toolbar button but only the date and comment is sent since that is all that Unimatic allows.

Create an Auto Trade request and set your computer to fire automatically for a trade! Choose to create an Auto Trade Request for trip trades such as open trips, charter trips, directly with another flight attendant or create a pickup only for an OFR, directly with another flight attendant or more.

Scroll through any list of trips (All, Open, Trade Board Posts, or those matching your criteria) to see how that trip fits in your schedule. Soon, pay and hours differences will be noted and legality checked 'on the fly'. Our patent-pending visual trip details paints the picture instantly of all important details. Scroll using arrow keys to shop other trips in the list. Up/Down changes ID's and Left/Right changes dates within an ID with multiple dates. Green dots show the other available dates. Soon, you'll be able to convert the shopped trip to a trade with a single click on the blue diamond but you can already simply drag/drop a trip to your calendar to create the trade.
You can create unlimited notifications which will notify you of any new open trips that match a certain set of criteria that you define. If you are a lineholder, you can also be notified when new trips are posted to the F/A to F/A Trade Board. You can also set your notification methods so you can receive those messages by e-mail message, text message or voice message.
