YOU MUST AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT TO DOWNLOAD ANY MATERIAL FROM EITHER THE WWW.ETRIPTRADER.COM OR WWW.CREWCOMPANION.COM WEBSITES. BY COMPLETING THE DOWNLOADING OR SUBSCRIPTION PROCESS, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, JUST AS IF YOU HAD SIGNED THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE THE DOWNLOADING OR SUBSCRIPTION PROCESS.

Images and text from these websites may not be reproduced, modified, used to create derivative works, displayed, marketed, or distributed in whole or in part without the express written consent of eTripTrader, Inc. To the extent that express written permission is given to reproduce, modify, create derivative works, display, market or distribute this document in whole or in part; the copyright notice and this paragraph must be included in all such copies or derivative works.

Permitted Use, Limitations on Use

BY DOWNLOADING MATERIAL FROM THE WWW.ETRIPTRADER.COM OR WWW.CREWCOMPANION.COM WEBSITES, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING: YOU MAY DOWNLOAD AND ACCESS THE MATERIAL UNDER THE EXPRESS TERMS OF THE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT CONTAINED IN THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PERIOD DESCRIBED UNDER YOUR ACCOUNT SUBSCRIPTION. YOU MAY NOT REPUBLISH OR DISTRIBUTE ANY MATERIAL DERIVED FROM THIS WEBSITE OR USE THE MATERIAL, IN ANY FASHION THAT IS NOT SPECIFICALLY PERMITTED IN THIS AGREEMENT. YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL NOTICES AND REQUIREMENTS ACCOMPANYING THIRD-PARTY CONTENT.

You may use the eTripTrader and/or Crew Companion software and services free of charge for 60 days under a trial subscription. Then, with the purchase a one year subscription, if at any time during that year you are not 100% satisfied, we will refund your entire first year's subscription fee. If instead, you choose to purchase a monthly subscription after the free trial subscription, you will also enjoy a complete money back guarantee during your first month. If at any time after your initial subscription period you're not completely satisfied with eTripTrader and/or Crew Companion, you may cancel your subscription and receive a refund for the remaining unused portion. This guarantee is not applicable if subscription cancellation is due to the loss of your job as a pilot or flight attendant at United Airlines or if the eTripTrader and/or Crew Companion service are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.

Your Account

As a member of the Companion Network, most data requests (except RSVPUOs and DSPFAIs) will be processed via our server unless you have manually connected to Unimatic via the Crew Companion terminal window. This means data requests will usually be returned much faster and far fewer connection portals will be required ensuring they are available for other crewmembers as needed. Your login credentials are sent to the server with your data request. In order to protect your privacy this information will be encrypted and never saved to the server. If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Disclaimer of Warranties

eTripTrader, Inc DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR COPIED FROM THIS WEBSITE. While eTripTrader, Inc takes reasonable steps to screen Material for infection by viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code manifesting contaminating or destructive properties before making downloadable material available, eTripTrader, Inc cannot guarantee that any material will be free of infection.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will eTripTrader, Inc, affiliates, licensors or agents be liable for: 1) Damages of any kind, including without limitation, direct, incidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits, business interruption and loss of programs or information) arising out of the use of or inability to use eTripTrader, Inc's website or the downloaded material or any information provided on the Web site or in the material. 2) Any claim attributable to errors, omissions or other inaccuracies in the material or interpretations thereof. 3) Any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or failure to notifiy of successful trades for any Auto-Trades submitted through its software. Indemnification

User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless eTripTrader, Inc, its affiliates, licensors, agents and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of the use of the Material by User.

Third Party Rights

The provisions regarding Disclaimer of Warranty, Limitation of Liability and Indemnification are for the benefit of eTripTrader, Inc, and its licensors, employees and agents. Each shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions against a User.

Governing Law

This Agreement and the resolution of any dispute arising hereunder shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Idaho, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. User consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ada County in the state of Idaho.

Information obtained from the purchaser will be used only for the purposes of servicing your account. eTripTrader, Inc considers this information private and will not sell, rent, or distribute your information to third parties.
